What are the parking rates?

 

* The rates are in pesos | Lost Ticket  $200.00 | 15 minute grace period | Do not fold the ticket.

 

What should I do if I lost my parking ticket?

You can contact us using the help button at any parking counter and mention that you lost your ticket. A staff member will come to assist you. Just remember to have your identification ready.

 

 

I'm just dropping off a family member in the parking lot. Do I have a grace period to leave without paying?

  • Yes, the grace period is 15 minutes directly to the exit gate; you don't have to go to the cashier.
  • Likewise, once you've paid at the cashier, you have a grace period to leave after paying.

 

 

What are the parking hours?

  • Vehicle entry is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Vehicle exit is open 24 hours a day.

 

 

Can I leave my vehicle in the CINTERMEX parking lot for several days (long stay)?

No, we do not offer long stay parking for any type of vehicle.

 

I don't have cash to pay for parking. I want to pay with credit card or ATM. Where can I pay?

Payment at ATMs is cash only; credit card or ATM payments are only made through the CINTERMEX APP.
